is defined by FUMINCO as an excellent standard of quality and an always careful working attitude of all employees as well as an absolute dedication to the client and an adherence to schedules. Independence and absolute transparancy in the communication with the client in connection with the creation of a bidding and the execution and billing of services are a matter of course for the FUMINCO GmbH. Only thereby the clients trust, a basis for the success of FUMINCO, can be built and extended.

Authenticity

is defined by FUMINCO as genuineness and associated to that also credibility. This authenticity is reflected in an absolute loyalty towards our employees and partners but also towards our clients and suppliers. Thus, it is a matter of course for us that complete confidentiality is a guideline during the handling of client and employee data. In order to avoid mistakes to begin with, our focus is laid on teamwork in an interdisciplinary team. This way, tasks are being regarded and processed from different points of view. Being only human, of course, we also make mistakes. Authenticity also means to stand by ones mistakes and stand up to the challenge of correcting them in a way that satisfies the client. We believe in an open and positive communication  - also of mistakes made. That is why we deploy an individual and comprehensive quality and reclamation management.

Responsibility

is the third pillar of our actions. It means not only professional but also personal responsibility. Professionally FUMINCO cultivates the obedience to the principle of sustainability. We only accept biddings that comply with our ideas of environmental protection and working and health safety and that are in accordance to the UN Global Compact. Responsibility also means for us to process every task in the best of our knowledge and belief in order to achieve the best benefit for the client. In addition, we put value to the continuous encouragement and training of our employees and our continuous improvement process. FUMINCO is an innovative company, hence our clients can always be sure to be provided with state-of-the-art solutions for their tasks. the personal responsibility is reflected in a collegial behaviour of the FUMINCO GmbH towards employees, partners and clients. In addition, the well-being and health of our employees have a high value. Health does not only mean the absence of illness but is regarded as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.
